Court Rules are regulations having the force of law, which govern practice and procedure in the various courts on the federal, state and local levels. They are also termed rules of court.
The Loislaw Court Rules libraries provide comprehensive regulations on the federal level, and on the state level for all 50 states plus the District of Columbia.
Loislaw's deep court rules databases are updated daily, and easily searchable via the table of contents or by using simple, topical Boolean searching. The court rules databases also feature hyperlinks to related cases, statutes and acts, administrative rules, and regulations.
Powerful free legal resources enable practitioners to go beyond basic legal research including: the GlobalCite® tool for viewing cases and other documents cited to a rule being researched, and LawWatch for monitoring changes or amendments to rules.
