The Loislaw Online UCC Filing Service is a UCC fully-automated filing system that eliminates the need to prepare lengthy forms, research filing requirements in different jurisdictions or monitor your UCCs to ensure ongoing compliance. Our filing system accepts data from clients' internal systems and from data entered in the iLienOnline Web interface.

This service also features an Order Documents system, which is a precise and convenient way to submit document orders to UCC Direct Services. Documents can be ordered either as the direct result of a search performed or as a specific order based on previously obtained information. Order documents include:

• Bankruptcy
• Real Property

All of your requested documents can be placed directly in your personal Search/Order Portfolio folder. Documents may be fulfilled via: 1) iLien (posted in your My Portfolio folder 2) Email, 3) Fax, 4) Overnight FedEx, or 5) Currier.
